1. Organizer

The raffle is organized by Phoenix Technologies AG, Technoparkstrasse 1, 8005 Zurich, Switzerland (“Phoenix Technologies”). Phoenix Technologies is the sole organizer and responsible party for the conduct and administration of this raffle.

2. Eligibility

Participation is open exclusively to attendees of the Digital Economy Award 2025 who are at least 18 years old and employed by a company or organization based in Switzerland or the European Union.

Phoenix Technologies employees, partners directly involved in the event, and their relatives are excluded from participation.

Participation is free of charge and not linked to any purchase or use of services.

3. How to Participate

To enter the raffle, participants must:

• Scan the official Phoenix Technologies QR code displayed during the event, and

• Complete the registration form with valid contact details during the event period.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple registrations using different email addresses are not allowed. Entries submitted after the event or with incomplete information will not be considered.

4. Prizes

A total of three prizes will be awarded:

• 1× CHF 100,000 in Data Center Credits

• 2× CHF 50,000 in Data Center Credits

The credits can be used for Phoenix Technologies’ Data Center Services, including GPU/CPU compute, storage, and other related cloud resources as well as the Model as a Service Offering.

Credits are non-transferable and are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance. The prizes cannot be exchanged or compensated in cash.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be drawn at random after the event.

The winners will be notified by email within 10 business days after the draw.

If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, Phoenix Technologies reserves the right to select another winner.

6. Data Protection

Personal data collected through the raffle will be processed in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG) and the Phoenix Technologies Privacy Policy.

Data will be used solely for raffle administration and, if consented, for marketing communications from Phoenix Technologies.

Participants can withdraw their consent at any time by sending an email to the following email address [email]. No personal data will be transferred to third parties except where required by law or for the technical execution of the raffle.

7. Liability

Phoenix Technologies assumes no liability for technical malfunctions, incorrect entries, or access issues. Legal recourse and cash payment of prizes are excluded.

8. Changes and Termination

Phoenix Technologies reserves the right to modify or terminate the raffle at any time without prior notice if necessary for technical, legal, or operational reasons. In such a case, participants will be informed without undue delay via the Phoenix Technologies website or the contact email provided.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law provisions. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
