This optional add-on is designed for customers who want to reduce the workload on their internal IT teams by outsourcing the operational management of their legacy SAP systems. It includes full SAP Basis and OS management with 24/7 operations, covering OS patching (Linux/Windows), database administration, backup and recovery, as well as proactive performance monitoring and tuning.
